Noel is a Kamilaroi and Darug man working in research, communication, HR, procurement and engagement. Noel is a full member of the Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Research Society and the Australasian Evaluation Society.
Noel is an experienced facilitator, presenter and public speaker who has worked in the Indigenous engagement space for over 30 years and as a consultant since the year 2000.
Noel founded Winangali in 2005 and remains its Managing Director and driving force, providing unparalleled insights and advice to all our clients.
Jacki Whitwell BA Community Development , Grad Cert Social Impact, Master of Social Impact (current)
Jacki is a leader in the for-purpose sector with almost 20 years’ experience in senior advisory, strategic leadership, and social policy roles. She possesses sophisticated consulting, policy development and stakeholder engagement skills and is a highly skilled evaluator with strong skills and knowledge in implementing participatory and co-design methodologies and applying design thinking to complex social problems.
